Mr A Hossen MSc CMgr FMCI - Head Teacher, Designated Safeguarding Lead and Assessment Lead

Yesterday, I asked my youngest daughter what she did in school and she said 'nothing' then later I went on Instagram and her teacher had posted a picture of her holding a crocodile. This is why we work with children!

Mrs G Rose - Deputy Head Teacher, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Reading Lead, Risk Assessment Lead and Year 3/4 Teacher

Reading is a big part of my life in school and at home. I love to read books and curl up under a blanket. I also love listen to books when I am in my garden in all weathers.
There's no such thing as bad weather- just the wrong type of clothes!

My main aim as a teacher at HGPS is to enable your children to become the very best versions of themselves. I want them to dream big and aim high. I treat each child as I do my own daughter - with love, respect and a little bit of humour.

HGPS is simply the best and I feel privileged to get to work with our amazing children each and every day. I truly believe as Ella Fitzgerald said "The only thing better than singing is more singing."

I love this quote and it's so easy to do in our nursery class - "spread you happiness around like glitter and stick in on everyone!" And I think most Nursery parents can vouch that it sticks to everything - especially hair!
