Uniform

School Uniform

Our uniform, including book bags, can be purchased from Wynsors on the A6.

We changed to white polo shirts in September 2021 but pre-owned yellow will still be welcome as will any jumper or cardigan with the old logo but that still has some wear left in it.

  • School trousers / skirts / shorts should be plain black or grey.
  • School dresses should be checked green (or checked yellow if you still have any).
  • School shoes should be plain black.

PE Kits

Children come to school in their PE kits if they have PE on that day. This is to ensure children have the maximum amount of time doing PE as opposed to spending time getting changed. The government have prioritised healthy minds and bodies and we fully agree!

PE Kits are:

  • White T-shirts and plain black / dark coloured shorts / leggings / jogging bottoms.
  • Before and after PE lessons, children may wear plain dark coloured track suits / jogging pants / cardigans / jumpers / hoodies over their PE kits.
  • Children may wear any type of trainer that supports their feet and ankles well for PE. They can wear their trainers all day on their PE day.

Other Items

Water Bottles
Children in Nursery and Reception have cups for water and plenty of refills throughout the day.
Children in Year One and Year Two have individual water bottles provided by school that get cleaned regularly and filled with water whenever they are empty.
Children in Years Three, Four, Five and Six may bring their own water bottles and take them home daily to get cleaned and refilled with water.

Backpacks
Children are not permitted to bring backpacks as they take up too much space on the pegs and are not needed.

Lunch Boxes
Children bringing a packed lunch may bring any type of lunch box, plastic or non-plastic. We recommend ones with handles as the children seem to find these easier to manage.
